This Order dismisses an Emergency Request For Immediate Commission Action to Resolve Interference (Request), filed on June 10, 1998, by TSR Wireless LLC. For the reasons discussed below, we dismiss the Request as moot. 2. The interference complained of in the Request was resolved as a result of coordination between the Federal Communications Commission's Regional Office of Mexican Affairs in San Diego, California and its Mexican counterparts, under the jurisdiction of the US/Mexico Mixed Commission for Radio Interference Resolution (CMERAR). CMERAR resolved the interference in the Fall of 1998 and closed the case on November 3, 1998. Accordingly, we dismiss the Request as moot. 3. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that, pursuant to section 4(i), of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, 47 U.S.C.  154(i), and section 0.331 of the Commission's Rules, 47 C.F.R.  0.331 the Emergency Request For Immediate Commission Action to Resolve Interference IS DISMISSED as moot.
