This Order dismisses a petition to deny (Petition) filed by Ameritech Mobile Services, Inc. (Ameritech) against two applications of Westlink Licensee Corporation (Westlink). For the reasons discussed below, we dismiss this Petition as moot. 2. On April 28, 1995, Westlink filed the above-captioned applications. On May 22, 1995, Ameritech filed the instant Petition seeking to deny Westlink an assignment on frequency 931.7125 MHz. After the Petition was filed, however, the Commercial Wireless Division's Narrowband Branch, on its own motion, assigned to Westlink frequencies other than 931.7125 MHz. Accordingly, we dismiss the Petition as moot. 3. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that, pursuant to Sections 4(i) and 309(d) of the Communications Act, as amended, 47 U.S.C  154(i), 309, and by Sections 0.331 and 22.130 of the Commission's rules, 47 C.F.R  0.331, 22.130, the petition to deny, filed by Ameritech on May 22, 1995, IS DISMISSED as moot.
