This Order grants four petitions for reconsideration (Petitions), listed in Attachment A, of actions taken by the Commercial Wireless Division's Licensing and Technical Analysis Branch. Paging Network of Los Angeles, Inc. and Paging Network of Michigan, Inc. (PageNet) filed four applications that were dismissed for failure to pay the applicable filing fees, and they now seek reconsideration of the dismissals. For the reasons discussed below, we grant the Petitions. 2. In May and August 1998, PageNet filed the four applications listed in Attachment A and included a payment of forty-five dollars. In its Petitions, PageNet argues that it filed the FCC Form 489 and FCC Form 600 applications to notify the Commission that it has "constructed and placed in operation or modified existing facilities authorized under" the relevant construction permits. PageNet's FCC Form 600 indicates that the modifications consist of a correction to the Maximum Transmitting Effective Radiated Power (ERP). The information included in PageNet's applications demonstrate that PageNet constructed its facilities at the addresses authorized in its construction permits with modifications to the ERP levels. These modifications constitute minor amendments. At the time PageNet filed its applications, the schedule of charges for paging applications in section 1.1102 of the Commission's rules required PageNet to pay a fee of forty-five dollars per application for minor modifications. We therefore grant PageNet's Petitions. 3. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that, pursuant to sections 4(i) and 405, of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, 47 U.S.C. 154(i), 405, and sections 0.331 and 1.106 of the Commission's Rules, 47 C.F.R. 0.331, 1.106, the petitions for reconsideration listed in Attachment A ARE GRANTED.
