This Order dismisses a petition for reconsideration (Petition) of an action taken by the Commercial Wireless Division's Narrowband Branch. For the reasons discussed below, we dismiss this Petition as moot. 2. On March 7, 1995, Clifford D. and Barbara Moeller (Moellers) filed the above-captioned application. Included in the application was a request for waiver of section 22.531(e)(3) of the Commission's rules, which outlines the requirements for frequency coordination with Canada. By letter dated April 21, 1997, the Narrowband Branch denied the waiver request. On May 21, 1997, the Moellers filed the instant Petition seeking reconsideration of the denial. After the Petition was filed, however, the Narrowband Branch, on its own motion, dismissed the underlying application for reasons unrelated to the waiver request. Accordingly, we dismiss the Petition as moot. 3.
