This Order grants a petition for reconsideration (Petition), filed by Metrocall USA, Inc. (Metrocall), seeking reconsideration of the cancellation of the above-captioned authorization by the Commercial Wireless Division's Narrowband Branch. 2. By letter, dated December 4, 1995, Metrocall, through counsel, requested cancellation of the above-referenced authorization. After the cancellation appeared on the FCC's Public Notice, dated December 13, 1995, Metrocall realized that it had erred in requesting the cancellation. On January 11, 1996, Metrocall filed the Petition seeking reconsideration of the cancellation. In response to the Petition, the Narrowband Branch reinstated the authorization and subsequently licensed the station. The Petition, however, was not formally granted. Because the Petition technically remains pending, we formally grant the Petition by this Order. 3.
