This Order grants a petition for reconsideration filed by Freepage Corporation ("Freepage"). Freepage is a party-in-interest because the construction permit of the subject station was assigned to it from Cellular Radio Application Group, Inc. Freepage sought reconsideration of an action taken by the Commercial Wireless Division's Narrowband Branch. 2. By letter dated February 18, 1997, the Narrowband Branch denied Freepage's request for an extension of time to construct its facilities and terminated its authorization for station KNLM329 in Scranton, Pennsylvania. On March 20, 1997, Freepage filed a petition for reconsideration of this action. In response to the petition, the Narrowband Branch returned the application to pending status and subsequently granted the application. The petition, however, was not formally granted. Because the petition technically remains pending, we formally grant the petition by this Order. 3. ACCORDINGLY, IT IS ORDERED that, pursuant to Sections 4(i) and 405 of the Communications Act, as amended, 47 U.S.C 154(i), 405, and by Sections 0.331 and 1.106 of the Commission's rules, 47 C.F.R 0.331, 1.106, the petition for reconsideration filed by Freepage on March 20, 1997, in the above-captioned proceeding IS GRANTED.
