We have before us a petition filed on April 10, 1995 ("Petition") by the Frank Raymond/Delta Trust Partnership ("the Trust") for reconsideration of a March 6, 1995 letter by the Commercial Radio Division's Broadband Branch dismissing the above-captioned application. The Trust's application was dismissed pursuant to Section 22.20(a)(1) of the Commission's Rules because it was defective. 2. The Trust presents no new arguments in its Petition that would lead us to change the decision we made in our Dismissal Letter. We therefore affirm our decision for the reasons stated therein. 3. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that, pursuant to Sections 4(i) and 405 of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, 47 U.S.C.  154(i) and 405, and Sections 0.331 and 1.106 of the Commission's Rules, 47 C.F.R.  0.331 and 1.106, the Petition for Reconsideration filed April 10, 1995 by the Frank Raymond/Delta Trust Partnership IS DENIED.
