ERRATUM TO THIRD REPORT AND ORD  ER
AND SECOND FURTHER NOTICE OF PROPOSED RULE MAKING

By the Chief, Wireless Telecommunications Bureau:

  1. This Erratum makes a minor correction to the final rules adopted in the Third Report
and Order in the above-captioned proceeding, FCC 97-413, which was released on December
31, 1997.  A summary of the Third Report and Order, including the final rules, was
published in the Federal Register, 63 Fed. Reg. 2315 (January 15, 1998) and in the FCC
Record, 13 FCC Rcd 374.  This Erratum will also be published in the FCC Record.

   2.      Section 1.2105 of the Commission's rules is revised to include the omitted provision
Section 1.2105(a)(2)(x) to read as follows: 

  


 1.2105 Bidding application and certification procedures; prohibition of collusion.
