By this Order, we extend the deadline for Western PCS II License Corporation (Western) to come into compliance with Section 20.6 of the Commission's rules, the Commercial Mobile Radio Service spectrum aggregation limit. 2. On July 11, 1997, Western filed its "Request of Western PCS II License Corporation for Waiver of Section 20.6 of the Commission's Rules." Western seeks a permanent waiver of the 45 MHz spectrum aggregation limit set forth in Section 20.6 as applied to the holdings of Western and its affiliates of the B Block PCS license for the Denver Major Trading Area and various cellular markets. Pursuant to a previous Order, released March 12, 1997, Western has until August 4, 1997, to come into compliance with the 45 MHz limit. In conjunction with its instant request for permanent waiver, Western also requests that the Commission forbear from enforcement of the divestiture requirements until the Commission rules on its permanent waiver request. 3. In order to permit full consideration of Western's request for permanent waiver, we extend the deadline for Western to come into compliance with Section 20.6 pending the release of an order resolving Western's request for permanent waiver. 4. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that the deadline for Western PCS II License Corporation to come into compliance with Section 20.6 of the Commission's rules is hereby extended pending the release of an order disposing of Western's request for permanent waiver. 5.
