In addition, this Erratum makes minor corrections to the proposed rules in the NPRM. A corrected version of the NPRM has been published in the Federal Register. Further, a corrected version of the NPRM will be published in the FCC Record. 1. In paragraph 19, the words "Section 101.61" are replaced by the words "Section 1.947." 2. In paragraph 54, the date "December 10, 1999" should be changed to "January 19, 2000" and in paragraph 56, the dates "December 10, 1999" and "December 27, 1999" should be changed to "January 19, 2000" and "February 7, 2000," respectively. 3. The proposed amendment to  101.3 is revised by inserting the words "in the 24.25-24.45 GHz band and in the 25.05-25.25 GHz band" after the words "digital fixed service" in the definition of 24 GHz Service. 4. Section 101.3 is also proposed to be revised by adding the words "in the frequency bands 10,550-10,680 MHz, 18,820-18,920 MHz, and 19,160-19,260 MHz" at the end of the first sentence of the definition for Digital Electronic Message Service. 5. The proposed amendment to  101.61(b)(1) is deleted. Section 101.61 is proposed to be amended by inserting, at the end of the section, the sentence: "This section also applies to 24 GHz licensees that are licensed according to other defined geographic areas." 6. The proposed amendment to  101.111(a)(4) is deleted. Section 101.111 is proposed to be amended by deleting "and 24,250-25,250 MHz bands." Further,  101.111(a)(4) is proposed to be to be amended by adding the words "MHz band" after the words "operating in the 17,700-19,700." 7. Section 101.111 is proposed to be revised by adding a new subsection 101.111(a)(5) which reads: For 24 GHz Service in the 24,250-25,250 MHz band: (i) On any frequency removed from the center frequency of the 24 GHz Service channel by more than 50 percent of that channel's bandwidth: A = 35 + 0.75(F - 0.5B) dB (in any 4 kHz channel), or A = 11 + 0.75(F - 0.5B) dB (in any 1 MHz channel), but in no event greater than 80 decibels; A = attenuation (in decibels) below mean output power level contained within the 24 GHz Service channel for a given polarization B = bandwidth of 24 GHz Service channel (in MHz) F = absolute value of the difference between the center frequency of the measured band and the center frequency of the 24 GHz Service channel (ii) In any 4 kHz band, the center frequency which is outside the 24 GHz Service band: At least 43 + 10 log10(mean output power in watts) decibels. 8. Existing  101.111(a)(5) is proposed to be renumbered as  "101.111(a)(6)." 9. Existing  101.111(a)(6) is proposed to be renumbered as  "101.111(a)(7)." 10. The proposed amendment to  101.147 is deleted. Subsection 101.147(r)(9) is proposed to be amended by renumbering the introduction as " 101.147(r)(9)(i)" and by renumbering existing " 101.147(r)(9) (i) and (ii)" as " 101.147(r)(9)(i)(A)and (B)," respectively. Subsection 101.147(r)(9) is also proposed to be amended by adding a new " 101.147(r)(9)(ii)," (immediately preceding  101.147(r)(10)). Proposed  101.147(r)(9)(ii) reads: "Channels 35-39 are licensed in the 24 GHz Service by geographic areas for any digital fixed service." 11. The proposed amendment to  101.305 is deleted. Section 101.305(a) is proposed to be revised by deleting the word "and" and adding a comma after the words "Common Carrier Services" and adding the words: "or 24 GHz Service" after the words "Local Multipoint Distribution Service." 12. Section 101.305(b) is proposed to be revised by adding the words: "and 24 GHz Service" after the words "Local Multipoint Distribution Service." 13. Section 101.305(c) is proposed to be revised by adding the words: "and 24 GHz Service" after the words "Local Multipoint Distribution Service." 14. Proposed  101.531(a) is revised by deleting the words "FCC Form 600" and inserting the words "FCC Form 601." 15. Proposed  101.531 (b) is revised by deleting the words "FCC Form 600" and inserting the words "FCC Form 601." 16. Proposed  101.533(b)(2) and 101.533(c)(2) are deleted. 17. Proposed 101.535 (b)(1) is amended to read as follows: Partitioning. In the case of partitioning, applicants and licensees must File FCC Form 603 pursuant to  1.948 and list the partitioned service area on a schedule to the application. The geographic coordinates must be specified in degrees, minutes, and seconds to the nearest second of latitude and longitude and must be based upon the 1983 North American Datum (NAD83). 18. The proposed amendments to  101.5(b); 101.13; 101.15; 101.21(a); 101.29; 101.37(a) (1) (3) (16); and 101.57 are deleted.
