I most strongly urge you to implement the licensing of 1000/100/10
watt low power FM micro-broadcasters. These people have as much right to be
heard as do your paying friends at the NAB.
I also think that your harassment to date of microbroadcasters, who are not
causing interference with others, is wrong and yet another example of a Federal
bureaucracy overstepping its authority and encroaching on the rights of the
people.
Personally, I agree with Radio Free Vermont; that you have no jurisdiction in
intrastate commerce, which most microbroadcasters are. However, licensing
microbroadcasters is far better than the mindless harassment and persecution of
them that has been taking place.
