I hereby request the Commission to deny the petition of the
National Association of Broadcasters for an extension of the comments
period for MM99-25. I do so on the grounds that when RM 9208 and
RM 9242 were accepted, they knew or should have known that you were
seriously considering licensing low power radio stations. This was
well over a year ago, and they have already been granted one
extension. To grant another would be tantamount to obstruction of
justice by denying redress of grievances (in this case the low power
petitioners) in a timely manner.
