I am writing to comment on the proposed granting of low-power FM
licenses for low-power stations. I think it is a beneficial idea for
the public, allowing greater diversity of opinion and use of the airwaves. It
is a very good thing, and it is an appropriate use of the public airwaves, which
belong to us, the public, not the broadcasting conglomerates.
