In the matter of the creation of Low Power Radio service, I feel that
this would be one way for the FCC to aid minority broadcasters such as
myself to get into the ownership end of the radio broadcasting arena.
Due in no small part to consolidation, purchasing, owning and operating
radio broadcasting properties that have a legitimate chance to compete,
has been almost completely unattainable...until now. So this is one
person's comment for the passing of the docket to create Low Power FM
Service.
