Thank you for your surprising consideration of this measure. Radio in this
country is in an absolutely awful state. Mass corporate ownership has lead to a
dullness and sameness from shore-to-shore - an amazing lack of diversity which
stands in sharp contrast to the audience supposedly served. Please allow some
glimmer of individual expression and true community service by approving measure
99-25.
