Gentlemen:
It would be a significant change to allow low-power radio stations,
operated by colleges and other non-profit entities, to again be part
of the American broadcasting system. It would also be extraordinarily
useful and valuable for the diversity of opinion necessary for a robust
democracy and for the educational enterprise. I urge you to approve
the proposal to readmit such entitites to the airwaves.
