I am a maker of an AM low power type accepted transmitter (NWXAM
1000). I would like to see new FM radio services but if they were
allowed to be commercial it could cause my investment in developing
this product to be wasted. It would seem to me that most if not all
goals in this matter could be accomplished if these new services
were non commercial.
