Part 97 of the Commission's Amateur service Rules, FCC WT Docket
98-143

I approve of your proposed changes.

I believe, however, you should go even further with your changes
to Amateur Service Rules, as stated below.

There should be only three classes of licenses(call therm
whatever you want).

Beginner
General
Advanced

The CW bands should be reduced in size and opened to all licensed
Amateur Radio Opertors.  CW is a self regulating mode; either you
can do it, or you can't.

All CW requirements for licensing should be eliminated as soon as
international treaties allow.
