In the matter of 1998 Biennial Regulatory Review Amendment of
part 97 of the Commissions Amateur Service Rules FCC WT Docket
98-143, I request that the code speeds for General class license
be kept at 13 words per minute.  

I also request that the code for Advanced and Extra be kept at 20
words per minute.

I also agree with the ARRL that disability credit not be given
for increased code speed 1 unless they have attempted the higher
code.
