To whom it may concern:

In response to the realignment of the present Amateur License
hierarchy I would offer the following suggestions. The ARRL proposal
seems to be one that would serve the interests of both the FCC,
and the amateur community. The only change I would like to see is
the telegraphy examination requirements dropped from it's present
standard to 5 wpm for each license class.
