Please reconsider your recommendation on changing Amateur Radio
classes in light of the recent ARRL proposal.  The ARRL's
proposal is certainly workable and I feel,  better deals with the
changes taking place in the Amateur radio today.  This would
include the elimination of the Morse code requirement for all
classes as soon as the International requirements for HF
operation change.
