Regulatory Fees; Correction
1. On page 2 of the attached public notice, the paragraph below the table (When Fees Will Be Due) presently reads as follows:
Licensees whose fee payments are based upon a telephone number or unit count should use the number of telephone numbers or units as of December 31, 1999. CMRS mobile radio licensees with multiple call signs should submit a separate Form 159-C for each call sign (call signs listed on a separate sheet will not be acceptable).2. On page 2, the last sentence in the first paragraph under Important FY 2000 Changes for Regulatory Fee Filers should read as follows: "The Commission will continue to accept Remittance Advice 159 dated July 1997 without an FRN. However, we encourage you to submit the newer Form 159 (revised February 2000) since the instructions and electronic templates have been adjusted to reflect the new Form 159 (revised February 2000) format."This paragraph is revised to read as follows:
