TITLE:2002 Biennial Regulatory Review -- Review of the Commissionís Broadcast Ownership Rules and Other Rules Adopted Pursuant to Section 202 of the Telecommunications Act of 1996.

SUMMARY:The Commission will consider a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking concerning its media ownership rules pursuant to Section 202(h) of the Telecommunications Act of 1996.

CONSUMER & GOVERNMENTAL AFFAIRS

TITLE:Rules and Regulations Implementing the Telephone Consumer Protection Act of 1991 (CC Docket No. 92-90).

SUMMARY:The Commission will consider a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking and Memorandum Opinion and Order concerning possible revisions to the rules on unsolicited advertising over the telephone and facsimile machine and the possible establishment of a national do-not-call list.
