FCC Computer Room Shutdown on
Saturday, April 8, 2000
The main Computer Room at FCC Headquarters will be shutdown on Friday, April 7, 2000 beginning at 8:30 PM for air conditioning unit maintenance. We estimate that all services will be restored by 10:00 PM Saturday, April 8, 2000.
Agency customers will not have access to the FCC Internet site during this period. There will be no access to several Web enabled database systems that can normally be accessed from links on the FCC site. A Headline has been posted on the FCC Internet homepage to inform external FCC customers of this outage.
