     ACCESS TO FCC LIBRARY IS SUSPENDED FOR ADDITIONAL WEEK

     Effective immediately, the FCC Library, Room TW-B505, 445 Twelfth St., SW,
Washington, DC, will continue to temporarily limit access to its collection. 

     Due to the large volume of books, the FCC will continue to limit access to the library
collection for an additional week in order to complete the relocation of the Library to the Portals
II building.  FCC staff and public access to the library collection will resume on or about March 8,
1999.
