				ANNOUNCEMENT OF ENTITIES DESIGNATED BY THE FCC AS
 					U.S. CERTIFIED ACCOUNTING AUTHORITIES


The Federal Communications Commission with this Public Notice is announcing the additional names 
of entities who are officially designated as U.S. Certified Accounting Authorities in the 
Maritime Mobile and Maritime Mobile-Satellite Radio Services except for Distress and Safety 
Communications.  The following entities have been authorized to operate as U.S. Certified 
Accounting Authorities effective May 18, 1999 and May 27, 1999 respectively.
