The chart on page 2 lists CMRS Cellular Radio Licensees separately from the CMRS Mobile Services Type of Fee and assigns it a separate Fee Code. This was done for the convenience of the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau to assist them in tracking fee payments for the Cellular Radio Service. 2. The last paragraph on page 5 and footnote number 1 are corrected to read: FEE PAYMENT PROCEDURES FOR CMRS SERVICE PROVIDERS Who Must Pay: CMRS mobile service providers: Specialized Mobile Radio Service (part 90); Personal Communications Services (part 24); Public Coast Stations (part 80); Public Mobile Radio (Cellular, 800 MHz Air-Ground Radiotelephone, and Offshore Radio Services) (part 22); and Wireless Communications Services (part 27), and CMRS Messaging Services including those licensees formerly licensed as part of the Private Radio Services (e.g., Private Paging, qualifying interconnected Business Radio Services, and 220-222 MHz Land Mobile Systems) (part 90); licensees formerly licensed as part of the Common Carrier Radio Services (e.g., Public Mobile One- Way Paging) (part 22); and licensees of Personal Communications Service One-Way and Two-Way Paging (part 24). Governments and nonprofit entities (exempt under Section 501 of the Internal Revenue Code) are not required to pay regulatory fees and should not submit payment. The Commission requires that each exempt nonprofit entity submit, or have on file with the Commission, a current IRS Determination Letter documenting its nonprofit status, a certification of governmental authority, or certification from a governmental authority attesting to its exempt status. - FCC -
