           CORRECTION OF FOOTNOTE NUMBERS IN REGULATORY FEE RELEASE
                      AND ESTABLISHMENT OF COMMENT DATES
                                       

The Commission released a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking entitled "Assessment and
Collection of Regulatory Fees for FY 1998," MD Docket No. 98-36, FCC 98-40, (rel.
March 25, 1998), 63 FR 16188 (April 2, 1998).  In the released version, beginning on
page 30 and the second footnote (which was numbered 52 in error), renumber footnotes
52 through 122 to read 64 through 134.

In the Federal Register version, footnotes numbered 51a through 122 should be
renumbered 52 through 134.

Note also that the comment date has been determined to be April 22, 1998.  The date
for reply comments has been determined to be May 4, 1998.
