AUTOMATED SUBMISSION OF 1997 REGULATORY FEE The software is available to any FCC client filing for fifty (50) or more Regulatory Fees. Users of this software should file the data diskette containing the exported data file with their fee payment and a "Fee Remittance Advice" (FCC Form 159) to: Federal Communications Commission
All users of the software program must use either an IBM or IBM compatible version only. It will operate only with local (i.e., will not run off of a network) installed Windows 3.x and Win 95 software. Use of any other software or earlier versions will result in incorrect payment of fees due to changes in the FCC Regulatory Fee Schedule. Due to a change in the structure of the fee table, the new database will automatically be installed over previously installed databases with the new Regulatory Fee schedule preloaded. The software permits the filing of fifty (50) or more Regulatory Fees. The software is available from two sources: 1. From the FCC's Internet site: The files may be found at: http://www.fcc.gov by clicking on the "Fees" hot link in the menu bar. The Fees Information Page contains additional information. It can be accessed at: http://www.fcc.gov/fees/ From the fee page, you can click on the "Form 159" link in the menubar at the top of the page to reach: http://www.fcc.gov/fees/form159.html FCC Form 159 can also be reached at: http://www.fcc.gov/formpage.html FTP users may access Fees software via Anonymous FTP at ftp.fcc.gov. To reach via ftp: ftp://www.fcc.gov/pub/Forms/Form159/ 2. From the FCC's Copy Contractor:
