DOC        UMENTATION OF NON-PROFIT EXEMPTION FROM REGULATORY FEES

                                     
On November 28, 1997, the Commission released a Public Notice entitled "Verification of Exemption From
Regulatory Fees Based on Non-Profit Status" (DA 97-2507).  That Public Notice and the requirement to comply
with its contents have been rescinded until further notice.  The Commission plans to issue a revised Public Notice
in the near future which will provide detailed information for each class of licensee or regulatee concerning the
documentation of non-profit status for regulatory fee exemption purposes.
