A copy of that schedule is attached. The following due date deadlines have been established for collection of FY 1996 regulatory fees:  x(1) Regulatory fees in the common carrier, commercial wireless, mass media, cable television and  X- xinternational services (except those listed in paragraph (2) below) are due between September 12,  X- x>1996, and September 20, 1996.
