consider the applications of CBS,
Inc. and Westinghouse Electric
Corporation for the transfer of
control of the CBS broadcast
stations to Westinghouse.




The prompt and orderly conduct of Commission
business requires that the meeting be held with
less than 7-days notice.

Action by the Commission November 21, 1995.
