Estimated Annual Burden:  1,924 responses; 73.6 hour burden per response; 141,611 hours total annual
burden. 
Needs and Uses: FCC 301 is used to apply for authority to construct a new commercial AM, FM or TV
broadcast station, or to make changes to existing facilities.  The data is used by FCC staff to determine if
