                 ANGELA WU NAMED CONFIDENTIAL ASSISTANT TO
                    FCC COMMISSIONER RACHELLE B. CHONG

     Angela Wu has been named Confidential Assistant to Federal
Communications Commission ("FCC") Commissioner Rachelle B. Chong.

     Wu has worked as an Account Representative for Mead Data
Central (LEXIS/NEXIS) in San Francisco for the past two years. 
During law school, she was a summer associate at Littler,
Mendelson, Fastiff & Tichy, an intern at the law firm of Thelen,
Marrin, Johnson & Bridges and an intern at the National Labor
Relations Board (Region 20).  She also has a wealth of
administrative experience from having worked as a legal
secretary, paralegal, public relations coordinator and recruiting
assistant with firms such as Graham & James, Brown & Wood,
McCutchen, Doyle & Enerson and Motorola Communications &
Electronics, Inc.

     She received her J.D. from the University of San Francisco
in 1991, and a B.A. in Rhetoric from the University of
California, at Berkeley in 1987.
