                   RELEASES AN INFORMATION BULLETIN ON 
                RESOURCES FOR TELECOMMUNICATIONS FINANCING



An updated version of the Resources for Telecommunications Financing is now
available in the FCC's Public Service Division (Room 254).  This information
bulletin contains a list of resources for the entrepreneur investing in the
communications market.
