NEWS October 7, 1996 SUSAN FOX NAMED SPECIAL COUNSEL TO FCC GENERAL COUNSEL Susan L. Fox has been named Special Counsel to FCC General Counsel William E. Kennard. Susan previously served as a trial attorney in the Litigation Division of the Office of General Counsel. Before joining the Commission in 1995, Susan was an associate with the law firm of Hogan & Hartson, Washington DC. From 1991-1992, Susan served as law clerk to the Honorable H. Robert Mayer, Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. "I am delighted that Susan Fox has accepted the appointment as Special Counsel," said Mr. Kennard. "She is an exceptionally talented lawyer who has made wonderful contributions to the work of the Office of General Counsel." Susan is a 1991 graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law and a 1988 graduate of Lafayette College, where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Engineering.
