Wednesday, December 2 Commissioner Michael Powell will be keynote speaker at the Association for Local Telecommunications Services 1998 Annual Convention & Trade Exposition, Las Vegas, NV, 9:30 am Commissioner Harold Furchtgott-Roth will address the California Cable Television Association's Western Cable Show, Anaheim Convention Center, Anaheim, CA, 11:30 am. Monday, December 7 Commissioner Furchtgott-Roth will address the America's Carriers Telecommunication Association's 1998 Winter Conference, The Ritz Carlton, Tysons Corner, VA, 11:00 am. Wednesday, December 9 Commissioner Powell will moderate a panel sponsored by the Japan - US Telecommunications Research Institute, Cosmos Club, Washington, DC, 10:00 am.
