           Jane Mago, Acting General Counsel will participate on a panel, "The FCC
  Dialogue," at the Annual State Leadership Conference, sponsored by the
  National Association of Broadcasters,  JW Marriott Hotel, Washington, DC,

  Wednesday, March 14
  
             Commissioner Susan Ness will participate in a press briefing and panel
  discusssion on a new report, "The Role of Women in Telecommunications,
  Media and E-Companies," the Annenberg Public Policy Center, the University
  of Pennsylvania, at the National Press Club, Washington, DC, 8:15 am.
                              
  Friday, March 16 
  
           The FCC will hold an Open Meeting, FCC, Portals II, Room TW-C305
  (Commission Meeting Room), Washington, DC, 9:30 am.
  
  Monday, March 19
  
             Deborah Lathen, Chief, Cable Services Bureau will deliver a keynote
  speech at the second Sino-International Cable TV Conference, the ShangriLa
  Hotel, Beijing, China, 9:15 am local time.

                 The North American Numbering Council will hold a meeting, at the

            Tom Sugrue, Chief, Wireless Telecommunications Bureau will speak on
  a panel at the Federal Communications Bar Association's Northern California

            Commissioner Harold Furchtgott-Roth will address the Second
  Telecommunications Policy and Law Symposium, sponsored by the James H.
  and Mary B. Quello Center for Telecommunication Management and Law at
  Michigan State University and the Law Review of MSU   Detroit College of
  Law, the Capital Hilton, Washington, DC, 1:30 pm.
