  Chairman William E. Kennard will be luncheon keynote speaker at the Columbia
  Institute of Tele-Information School of Journalism, Columbia University, New
  York, NY, noon.
  
  The FCC International Bureau will hold a Satellite Seminar together with the Satellite
  Industry Association, the ITU Radiocommunication Bureau, and INTELSAT,
  at the Charyk Conference Center, Lockheed Martin Global
  Telecommunications Headquarters (former COMSAT Headquarters),
  Bethesda, MD. 
  
  Thursday, November 9
  
  The FCC will hold a Commission Meeting at the FCC, Commission
  Meeting Room, Portals II, 445 12th Street, SW, Washington, DC, 9:30 am.
  
  Monday, November 13
  
  Commissioner Harold Furchtgott-Roth will participate in a Federal-State Joint Board
  Meeting at the San Diego Marriott Hotel & Marina, San Diego, CA, 3:30 pm.
