                      Television Channel
              Channel 16* at Crookston, Minnesota
                               
 The Mass Media Bureau announces a filing window for a new noncommercial educational reserved digital
 television station on Channel 16* at Crookston, Minnesota.  The filing window will open upon
 the release of this Public Notice and will close March 23, 2001.
 
 There is currently pending the following application for Channel 16* at Crookston, Minnesota:

 NOTE:  We will consider the above-referenced application as having been filed during this
 window and we afford the applicant an opportunity to make amendments to its application
 prior to the close of the window.
 
 An application, in order to be considered with the application listed above or with any other
 application filed during the window, must be filed on FCC Form 340, must be substantially
 complete and tendered for filing with the Commission in accordance with Section 0.401 of the
 Commission's Rules no later than the close of the window on March 23, 2001.
