The applications listed in the attached appendix are hereby accepted for filing.  Since they
will be considered to be ready and available for processing after the cut-off date, any
application seeking to be considered with any application appearing on the attached list, or
with any other application on file by the close of business on the cut-off date which involves
a conflict necessitating a hearing with any application on this list, must be substantially
complete and tendered for filing at the Office of the Commission in         Washington, D.C.,
not later than the close of business on the cut-off date.

 In addition, petitions to deny any applications on this list must be on file with the
