          AND NOTIFICATION OF PETITIONS TO DENY DEADLINE

NOTICE is hereby given that the applications listed in the   attached appendix are accepted for
filing. Accordingly, interested parties may file petitions to deny those applications
no later than 9 January, 1998.

NOTE:  This list contains only FM commercial applications for which no hearing fee is required
because (1) the applications are not mutually exclusive, or (2) the applications are mutually
exclusive but a settlement has been filed.  All mutually exclusive FM commercial applications
which would require hearing fees are currently frozen as a result of Public Notice FCC 94-41,
"FCC Freezes Comparative Proceedings," released February 25, 1994, as modified by Public
Notice FCC 94-204, "Modification of FCC Comparative Proceedings Freeze Policy," released
August 4, 1994.
