NOTICE is hereby given that the applications listed in the        
attached appendix are accepted for filing. Accordingly,
interested parties may file petitions to deny those applications
no later than October 10, 1997.

NOTE:  This list contains only FM commercial applications which
are not mutually exclusive and for which no hearing fee is
required.  All mutually exclusive FM commercial applications
which would require hearing fees are currently frozen as a result
of Public Notice FCC 94-41, "FCC Freezes Comparative
Proceedings," released February 25, 1994, as modified by Public
Notice FCC 94-204, "Modification of FCC Comparative Proceedings
Freeze Policy," released August 4, 1994.
