See Public Notice, Pleading Cycle Established for Comments on Petition for Rulemaking to Amend Parts 21 and 74 of the Commission's Rules to Enhance the Ability of Multipoint Distribution Service and Instructional Television Fixed Service Licensees to Engage in Fixed Two-Way Transmissions, RM-9060, DA 97-637. On April 23, 1997, Trans Video Communications, Inc. filed a motion for extension of time of the pleading cycle. Given the complexity of the proposals in the petition for rulemaking, by this Public Notice we hereby grant a 14 day extension of the pleading cycle established by the March 31, 1997 Public Notice. The revised deadline for comments on this petition is May 14, 1997, and the revised deadline for reply comments is May 29, 1997.
