Notice is hereby given that upon initial review, the applications listed below are
accepted for filing and are considered to be mutually exclusive (MX). The conflicting
applications are listed by MX group. 

The Commission will not accept amendments, to the applications listed below,
whereby the amendment(s) would result in improving the applicant's comparative
standing or to establish its eligibility. The Commission will accept amendments to the
listed applications which propose changes that would be considered essential
components to a settlement of a mutually exclusive group.

Petitions to deny against these applications may be filed with the Commission no later
that the close of business on July 9, 1998.

In the course of processing these applications, it may necessary for the Commission
to request additional information to facilitate the processing procedure. The
Commission reserves the right to take whatever action may be appropriate, if upon
further examination, it is determined that the application is defective and not in
conformance with the Commission's rules and/or policies found in Mass Media Docket
83-523 (Second Report and Order, 101 FCC 2d 49 (1985).
