                      MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

By the Chief, Allocations Branch:  

     1.  The Commission has before it a Petition for Reconsideration of the Report and Order in
this proceeding filed by Dana R. Withers, owner of FM Station KBGK, Marble Hill, Missouri. 
Withers asks that the Commission amend paragraph 6 of the Report and Order to state that Channel
280A is added to Arcadia, Missouri, in lieu of Channel 247A.  In fact, paragraph 6 of the Report and
Order contains a typographical error that states incorrectly that Channel 247A was allotted to Arcadia,
Missouri, while paragraph 5 and footnote 7 of that Report and Order state correctly that Channel 280
was allotted to Arcadia.  Further, the FM Table of Allotments correctly lists Channel 280A at
Arcadia.  In this light, we grant Withers' Petition for Reconsideration to the extent of correcting 
paragraph 6 of the Report and Order to state that the FM Table of Allotments is amended by allotting
Channel 280A to Arcadia, Missouri. 

     2.  Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED That the Petition for Reconsideration filed by Dana R.
Withers IS GRANTED to the extent indicated above.  

     3.  IT IS FURTHER ORDERED That this proceeding IS TERMINATED.
