The Commission has before it a Notice of Proposed Rule Making, 13 FCC Rcd 250 (1998), issued in response to a petition filed by Big Country Radio, Inc., ("petitioner") licensee of Station KLXK(FM), Channel 228C2, Breckenridge, Texas. Petitioner sought the substitution of Channel 228C3 for Channel 228C2 at Breckenridge, the reallotment of Channel 228C3 from Breckenridge to Graford, Texas, and the modification of Station KLXK(FM)'s license accordingly. 2. Subsequent to the issuance of the Notice of Proposed Rule Making, Petitioner filed a "withdrawal of request" in the above captioned matter. Attached to that request was petitioner's certification that neither it nor any of its principals had received or would receive any consideration in exchange for this withdrawal. 3. Since this matter was not contested and there is satisfactory showing that it was filed and withdrawn in good faith, we hereby grant petitioner's request to withdraw. 4. IT IS ORDERED, That the petition for rule making filed in this matter IS DISMISSED. 5. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED That this proceeding IS TERMINATED. 6.
