The Chief, Allocations Branch, on his own motion, rescinds the Report and Order ("R&O"), in this proceeding which allotted Channel 294C3 at Alberton, Montana. See DA No. 99-3041, released January 7, 2000. In response to a Petition for Rule Making filed by Mountain West Broadcasting ("Mountain West") requesting the allotment of Channel 294C3 at Alberton, Montana, a Notice of Proposed Rule Making ("Notice") was issued. See DA No. 99-2187, adopted October 6, 1999. In response to the Notice, Mountain West filed comments withdrawing its interest in the allotment of Channel 294C3 at Alberton which were inadvertently overlooked. Therefore, since Mountain West has withdrawn its interest and no supporting comments were received at the Commission, we are withdrawing the Report and Order in this proceeding. 2. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED, That the Report and Order in MM Docket No. 99-305 IS HEREBY WITHDRAWN. 3. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, That this proceeding IS TERMINATED. 4.
