The correct reply comment deadline is February 22, 2000. Accordingly, paragraph 59 is corrected to read: 59. Comments and Reply Comments. Pursuant to Sections 1.415 and 1.419 of the Commission's rules, 47 C.F.R. 1.415, 1.419, interested parties may file comments on or before February 10, 2000 and reply comments on or before February 22, 2000. We have established these relatively short comment periods due to the very short 120 day statutory deadline imposed by the CBPA. Moreover, in order to ensure that we meet the deadline imposed by Congress, we will not extend these comment deadlines. Given the existence of the statute and the relative narrowness of some of the issues raised in this Notice, we believe these deadlines will allow sufficient time for comment. Comments may be filed using the Commission's Electronic Comment Filing System (ECFS) or by filing paper copies. See Electronic Filing of Documents in Rulemaking Proceedings, 63 Fed. Reg. 24,121 (1998). This paragraph will be printed as corrected in the Federal Register. Federal Communications Commission Roy J. Stewart Chief, Mass Media Bureau
