The Commission, by the Chief, Mass Media Bureau, acting pursuant to delegated authority, has before it a petition for reconsideration filed on July 30, 1998 by Rena Brodhurst ("Brodhurst") seeking review of our June 4, 1998 decision denying her application for review of an earlier decision by the Chief, Video Services Division, Mass Media Bureau. The staff decision dismissed Brodhurst's application for assignment of license of station WBNB-TV, Charlotte Amalie, United States Virgin Islands, from Benedek Broadcasting, Inc. ("Benedek"), denied Benedek's request for extension of authorization to remain silent, canceled the station's license, deleted its call letters and dismissed as moot Brodhurst's application to modify the station's facilities. Benedek did not seek reconsideration of our order or review of the earlier staff decision. 2. In her application for review Brodhurst did not present any reasons why the staff's denial of Benedek's extension request, cancellation of the license and deletion of its call letters was in error or should otherwise be revised. Her application, therefore, was denied. In her petition for reconsideration, Broadhurst does not present any new facts or changed circumstances that would warrant reconsideration of our earlier decision. See 47 C.F.R. 1.106(b)(2). As a result, her petition is dismissed as repetitious. See 47 C.F.R. 1.106(b)(3). 3. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED, That the Petition for Reconsideration filed by Rena Brodhurst IS DISMISSED.
